* Cutting Instructions:
*Due to tight cutting schedules instructions must be giving within
allotted time or animals will have to be cut as we see fit.*
-Beef Instructions are required within 2 days.
-Hog Instructions are required within 2 days.
-Lamb / Goat Instructions are required within 2 days.
(DAYS BEING AFTER ANIMALS BUTCHERING DATE.)

additional fee.
