CALL TO MAKE A BUTCHERING APPOINTMENT.

* BUTCHERING IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
   -(Monday - Friday ONLY)
* Unscheduled Animals will be sent home.
   -Unless permitted and room is available.
   **Unscheduled animals subject to additional charges**
* Inspected animals is by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
   -Monday and Friday ONLY.
* By Federal Law we do not butcher downers.
   -(Animals that can not walk.)
* Emergency Situations.
    Animals have to be able to walk.
   -If room is available.
*Cancellations: Call if you can not make your scheduled
   appointment.

* Time requirements: Make sure animals are delivered by
   appointed time.
   Monday and Friday
   -Inspected animals have to be onsite by 8 am.
   Monday-Thursday
   -Custom animals have to be onsite by 12 pm.
   Fridays
   -Custom animals have to be onsite by 10 am.
* Holding pins:
   -No hay is allowed in holding pins.(hay will clog the drains)
   -Grain is accepted if needed.
   -Water is accepted if needed.
   -Please keep area clean for other customers.
* Cutting Instructions:
   *Due to tight cutting schedules instructions must be giving within
    allotted time or animals will have to be cut as we see fit.*
   -Beef Instructions are required within 2 days.
   -Hog Instructions are required within 2 days.
   -Lamb / Goat Instructions are required within 2 days.
    (DAYS BEING AFTER ANIMALS BUTCHERING DATE.)
* FBI Call
   -If we have to track you down for cutting instructions there will be an
    additional fee.
