Our Guarantee
We Guarantee that you will receive the finest Forrest Meat products every time you order. Refunds or replacements will only be given if your order comes damaged.Claims must be made within 1 day of receipt of package. All packaging should be kept in cast the shipping company needs to inspect the package. Order sent to the wrong or incomplete address are not guaranteed. Additional fees will apply to fix and forward the package to the correct address. Once a delivery attempt has been made, it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the package is accepted. We do not guarantee delivery will be made if there is no one home to accept a package or if the shipping company is unable to deliver a package, as some packages require signature.
* What to do if your order arrives damaged.
If your product arrived damaged, please submit your inquiry by using the "contact@forrestfinemeat.com" email or call
(888) 309-2347. A customer service representative will respond to your inquiry. Please retain all products and your claim must be made within 1 day from the time the product was received.
* Our substitution policy.
Your orders are important to us. We will strive to fill them exactly as ordered. If we are unable to fulfill your order as specified, we reserve the right to substitute another item of equal or greater value.
