* Butchering: $25 per animal.
* Inspected Butchering: $30 per animal.
* Standard Processing Fee: $0.46 per pound on hanging weight.
* SRM Processing Fee: Additional $0.05 per pound on hanging weight.
* $75 Minumum per animal.
**Cutting Instructions are required within 2 days of butchering.**
* Additional Fees:
- Patties: $0.50 per pound.
- Stew Meat: $0. per pound.
- Fajita Meat: $0.50 per pound.
- Cube Steak: $0.50 per pound.
